At Sharpening Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a tool doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all stone accessories or honing guides.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Pack Securely

  Place the sharpening equipment in its original box, ensuring all components are padded to prevent damage to abrasive surfaces during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 business days.
